Show YOUNG WOMAN DIED THURSDAY Mrs. Leslie M. Parkinson, 34, of Cedar City, died last Thursday Thurs-day night at Dixie Camp following fol-lowing a long illness from heart trouble. Her parents and husband hus-band had brought her here tw-o months ago for treatment, and for the benefit of the climate, but her condition at that time was so serious that her life was prolonged only a short time. Annie Arleen Parkinson was bom Miarch 15, 1S99, at Washington, Wash-ington, a daughter of George A. and Annie Unthank Mlllett, but moved from there to Cedar City with her parents twenty-eight years ago. 'She was married April 5, 1929, in the Salt Lake temple, and beside her husband, is survived by a small daughter, Dslores. her parents, and the following brotners and sisters: G-eorge Mlillett, Nanvpa, Idaho; Mrs. Wealth Reeves and Zealot A. Millett of Cedar City; Mrs. Ellen El-len M. Herrmann, Los Angeles; Joseph U., Harvey, Alma, Zelma and Seth U. Millett, all of Cedar Ce-dar City. Funeral services were held in the Cedar third ward Tuesday under the direction of the L. D. S. bishopric. Speakers included Moses Gifford of Springdale, Lorenzo Lo-renzo Luke and Wm. R. Palmer, president of the Parowan stake. |
