Show WASIIIXffTO.N ('(.IIN'I'Y I'AIIt. A (AIM). The Washington County Fair has been held and is now a thing of the past. That it was a complete success, every one who attended will freely admit. ad-mit. The exhibits in all departments were fine, much more so than the management man-agement had any reason to expect considering con-sidering the unfavorable season. Everything was conducted with the utmost decorum; all seemed to have but one object in view, .and that was to make it as pleasant as possible for all who favored us with their patronage. A complete absence of everything calculated cal-culated to destroy the perfect harmony was especialy noticable. The Executive Committee extends thanks to the various Committees, to the exhibitors, and to all others who assisted them in the work. The success which has attended our efforts this year assures us that we need have no fear in the future. A statement of the finances received and disbursed will be published later, as the business is not settled at this early date. ErastuS B. Snow, President. Francis L. Daggett, Secretary.
