Big gro- cery chains sell goods cheaper than she can. Her shop’s gas pumps are so old that before she can pump gas again, the EPA would force her to make upgrades to the tune of $150,000. Home-delivery dairies are cutting into her business. Store profits are at an all-time low. And now the town won’t let her sell beer. Seems everyone in Utah has an opinion about beer.
