Show ns Local Businesses Setting High Standards In my letter last week I offered suggestions for local establishments to improve their business. I indicated that there are many that are doing it right. This week I’d like to commend those whoI feel are doing a good job, and why. Admittedly this is an incomplete list. Mindheim Developers Should Pay _ Impact Fees A private developer is planning a gated complex in a formerly zoned "watershed area! in the east side of Heber Valley. When built out, it will be physically larger than the Deer Crest annexation. This private gated resort will burden ers close to forever. This developer is very powerful and very wealthy.
