The figures are contained in a report compiled at the office of State Engineer T. H. Humpherys reports of 30 U. S. weather bureau stations, 16 cooperative snow courses, and of 10 water commissioner reports from various sections of the state. The Bear and Weber river water sheds, to date, are the most deficient of the entire state, however, there is 40 percent of the total precipitation for the season yet to come, and about 25 percent of the time left in which precipitation is expected. Summit and parts of Morgan and Wasatch counties, which com prise the Weber river water shed, are only 50 percent to 75 percent of normal, according to the inThe north1 formation available ern part of Rich county, on the Bear river drainage, Is in the same catugory.
