L Fifth Annual Harvest Carnival Celebration at Rosalawn -- The Scera hoard of directors uho are sponsoring the celebration at Rosalawn on Labor Day .feel that it is particularly a day for the completion of the summer program. In view of this, they are not inciting concessiouists from the outside to come in and feature the celebration. Many of the summer ommunity celebrations are staged solely for the purpose of muling money for the concessiouists. In This way thousands of dollars are taken ot t of the community. At 10 oclock Monday at Iast 100 floats will parade around the edge of the beautiful green RosalawnIn the center of this large plot will stand a huge birthday cake symbolizing the anniversary of the Primary organization of the church. The high school band, directed by Elvis Terry will also be seated in the center of the green to play as the parade marches. All seven ward primaries are preparing floats. Several of them rephrt L? and 20 floats depicting interesting scenes in children stories, scenes in early Mormon history, early explorers. Indians will also receive their share of attention. Rosalawn offers an opportunity for everyone to see the parade. Some of the best floats of the Provos Kiddies Carnival will participate in the parade. Spectators can stand on all the four sides and see the entire parade at all times. As the day is crowded with events, it is hoped that parents a ill get the children in their places promptly at 10. Immediately following the parade all the Primary children of the stake will sing several songs including the Primary birthday song. The Sharon seminary building lends itself beautifully for a flower exhibit.
