Chairman Gives Thanks Chairman Bigler desires to with thanks the generous services rendered in the undertak-n- g by the United States Steel Company, Pacific States Cast Iron & Pipe Company, Utah Power & Light Company, and Utah in aiding and assisting in preparing the equipment and installing the same. These companies and the county rendered much free service in this respect. Henry Williamson of Lake View, prep-ratio- County-official- who is an expert boiler maker, also has been a valuable assistant in planning and ai ranging the equipment, as have many others who have rendered voluntary services in preparing the plant.
