These officials had their hands full in looking after the bathers, and particularly the small children who filled the kiddies pool, which is a feature of the project, to overflowing. Baseball is still our national pastime, and furnishes one of the finest recreations both for spectators and players. At a recent meeting of the managers of the different teams the question of support by communities was brought up. It was the unanimous opinion of all that it was sadly lacking. The caliber of play in our league is of a very high standard and in a recent game played between Lake-vieand Timpanogos more interesting baseball could not be asked for.
