Ceasar's L'BAIC SKILLS USA-VICmembers recently held a drawing to raise funds tow aid transportation costs for upcoming competitions beginning m April. SKILLS members solicited donations through Uintah Basin businesses and then approached community members to purchase tickets for a drawing held Feb. 14 .
