ESTIMATED COST OF IMPROVEMENTS The total cost of improvements in the District as estimated es-timated by the City Engineer is as follows: A. Mainline Sewer Construction and Construction Construc-tion of Sewer Service Lines to Property Lines. The total estimated cost of the mainline sewer construction con-struction and construction of sewer service lines to property lines to be paid by property owners is $27,000. In addition to the construction costs, assessments assess-ments will include interest on interim warrants, legal charges allocable to the District and Bond issuance fees. It is the intent of the City not to charge Bond issuance is-suance fees to property owners who pay their assessment assess-ment in cash prior to the issuance of the Bonds. All costs shall be paid by a special assessment to be levied against the properties abutting upon the street where improvements are made. The property owners' cost for the improvements will be financed during the construction con-struction period by the use of interim warrants. The interest in-terest on said warrants will also be assessed against the property owners. The assessment shall be calculated by the number of sewer connections made to the mainline. main-line. The estimated cost to be assessed against the properties prop-erties within the District and the method of assessment shall be as follows: 1 . MEETING NOTICE VERNALUINTAH COUNTY AIRPORT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT The first of two public meetings to gather input for the Environmental Assessment As-sessment for VernalUin-tah VernalUin-tah County Airport will be held on June 1 1 at 3:30 in the afternoon in the Commissioner Chambers at the County Courthouse. This Environmental Assessment As-sessment will review the possible impacts related to the transfer of BLM land for airport use at a new location on Sunshine Bench and items cf devel opment proposed in the recently completed Feasibility, Feasi-bility, Site and Master Plan Study for Vernal Uintah County Airport. ' The Study is being sponsored by Uintah County and Vernal City through a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration Admin-istration (FAA) through the Airport Improvement Program (AIP). The FAA is funding 90.94 percent of this study, the State of Utah is funding 4.53 percent per-cent and the remaining 4.53 percent is funded by Uintah County and Vernal City. Complete public involvement in-volvement and participation participa-tion in the Environmental Assessment for VemalUintah County Airport is encouraged.
