Total Dissolved Dis-solved Solids (TDS) content con-tent of the formation water wa-ter in the injection zone is approximately 33,000 milligrams per liter (mg1); therefore, the zone is not classified an underground source of drinking water (USDW). Tony and Peggy D'Andrea enjoyed en-joyed a two week visit from their daughter, Linda and Marc Schweizer, Brian 10 and Karen 13 from Sunnyvale, Calif. The three men went fishing for three days at Flaming Gorge and Red Fleet and reported the fish were really biting. In the meantime, Peggy, Linda and Karen drove to Salt Lake City where they shopped and took in some movies. They also attended the local rodeos while they were here. Brian has remained with his grandparents and will stay until the end of August Uleeta Mullins, daughter of Don and Ednal Simmons with Bryan, 10 and Danielle, 7 of Dennison, Ohio, are visiting the Simmons and will stay for about a month. Ednal Simmons, Glenda Arrowchis, Sherri Morrill, Beth Gray, Carol Helquist and Kay Rasmussen drove to Provo. Upon returning to the Arrowchis' home, where they had parked the cars, the ladies found one car mission, the one belonging to Ednal. A truck had failed to make the corner, driving driv-ing down into the borrow pit and then over the fence into the Arrowchis field, badly damaging the Simmons automobile and the Helquist car. Gerry and June Peterson, Scottsdale, Ariz., along with Mary Lynn's Aunt, Boots Estes, were weekend visitors with Stanly and Mary Lynne Hoopes. Mary Lynne's aunt will spend several weeks with the family. Matt Ferguson spent three days in the Roosevelt hospital last week, undergoing tests and on the fourth day, Virginia drove Matt to Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City for further tests. She stayed with her sister-in-law, Janet Ferguson, during dur-ing the four days while Matt was in the hospital. The Fergusons have now returned home and Matt is recuperating re-cuperating from all the tests that were done on him. Cliff and Connie Pike, with Jason, Tracey and Camille, drove to Rock Creek, where they met Connie's mother and husband, Laura and John Nusink of Orem. After spending spend-ing three days there, they were joined by Connie's brother and sisters sis-ters and families from Orem and Spanish Fork, numbering 16 in all, on Saturday night. They spent the day fishing, hiking and visiting and returned to their respected homes the following day. The Orvel Hoopes reunion was over the weekend of July 12-14 at Big Springs, Uintah Canyon, with 102 family members attending. Out of towners were Pat and Veda Forakis, and John and Sally Forakis, of Salt Lake City; Bonnie and Dave Cambell with seven children, chil-dren, Richfield; Phyllis and Frank Slater and Arvllla and Edwin Morrill, Sunset; and Doug and Lisa Hoopes with Mallory and Chad from Pennsylvania. The families played games, had programs and visited. Next year's reunion will be hosted by the Stanley Hoopes family- Frank Arrowchis drove to a Ute ' Stampede Car Show in Ncphi, where his 80 wide Glide Show Harley Davidson bike won a trophy for first place in the custom class division. Also accompanying Frank were Jason Mountain Lion, Wayne Reed, Chunky Murry and his son J R. Last weekend, Ron and Sherri Morrill, with their four children, drove to East Garland to visit Shcrri's sister, Sandy Shclton while Ron drove to a dog search and rescue res-cue training in Farmington Canyon. $ |
