cases have been quarantined in vernal city in vernal there are now 10 quarantine flags up on homes and by monday six of them will be down leaving tour flags with about ten tea cases the ri he cleared the history of the influenza is that it continues its course for about three years and that to close up any community to be et fectea would mean to close it tor for which would paralyze pnra par lize alize its ita industries and prevent men from earning a living tor for their families the authorities are a unit that every person manifesting a symptom of influenza should be quarantined and quarantined RIGIDLY further he suggests the passing by cites of an ordinance prohibiting persons with coughs colds and who are sneezing from appearing on the streets or in public places without a
