Utah State University Extension is producing a teleconference to help explain application and distribution procedures as well as proper use of the surplus NDM. There also have been some new develop at ments since the program was first announced that will make it easier for farmers and ranchers to use the NDM as barter for other feed. The satellite program will air across the state on Thursday, May 22, p.m., and will be available at the Uintah Utah State Extension office at 152 East 100 North, Vernal.
