SECTION 00020 INVITATION TO BID ASHLEY VALLEY WATER AND SEW ER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1500 WEST WATER LINE PROJECT Sealed bids for the construction con-struction of the 1500 WEST WATER LINE PROJECT will be received by the Owner, Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District, at its office located at 1344 West Highway 40, (P.O.
