V Wednesdoy, August A 21-year-old Vernal woman was seriously injured in a one-car rollover two miles east of Lapoint, Sunday evening at approximately 7:55 p.m. Jodi Maxwell as a passenger in a 1974 Pinto driven by her husband, Rick Maxwell, 23. The accident occurred as Mr. Maxwell was trying to negotiate a sharp turn. He lost control of the vehicle as he rounded the turn and Mrs. Maxwell was thrown from the car. Maxwell, his wife and their two children, Rick, 2 Arraignments held in district court Four persons were arraigned and three others were sentenced on felony charges before 7th District Court Judge Richard C.
