The Hayden JV Tournament is set for December 15 and Uintah ' will battle Union in Roosevelt, December 19. The Utes will battle Orem on the road, December 20 and will take on the Cowboys in Meeker, December 21. The annual Alumni Meet is set for December 26. Uintah ' will host the Duchesne team, January 3 and the Uintah Tournament is set for January 5. Uintah Uin-tah 'will battle Provo on the road, January 9 and will host the Tournament Tourna-ment of Champions, January 11-12. VJH matmen to battle Wasatch team The Vernal Junior High Panthers will open their wrestling season on the road in Heber City against Wasatch Junior High, December 13 and will host Roosevelt, December 18. The Panthers will take on the Vikings Vik-ings in Pleasant Grove, December 21. - Vernal will host Delta, January 4 and will battle Delta, Wasatch and another team in a four way dual meet, January 5. Vernal's Panthers will encounter the Rough Riders in Roosevelt, January 9 and will compete com-pete in the Castle Rock Tournament, January 12. The Panthers will host Duchesne, January 17 and will take on Delta in an away meet, January 25. The Delta Meet is set for January 26 and Vernal will clash with the Vikings Vik-ings at West Junior High, January 31. A six way dual meet is set for February 1-2 and teams that will compete in the meet are Vernal A and B, West, Roosevelt, Castle Rock and Pleasant Grove. The meet will replace the tournament, which is usually held at this time. Vernal will take on Duchesne in an away meet, February 6 and will host West, February 7. The head coach on the Vernal wrestling team is Kevin Dickson and assistant coaches are Chuck Henry and Herb Jensen. Frank Jaramillo will coach the sixth and seventh graders.
