Hatch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lou Hatch of Vernal, Nov. 22 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The newlyweds were honored at a dinner-reception held in the late afternoon after-noon at Park City for their families and close friends. K 1 (fa Dawn Annette Johnson and Kenneth Ashley Parker Johnson-Parker to wed in Logan LDS Temple University of Utah. She is employed by Salt Lake County in data processing. Mike has attended Utah State University and is employed by Miller & Company as a real estate agent. The bride and groom will honeymoon honey-moon in Park City and Hawaii. They will make their home in Salt Lake City. the Golden Age Center. Some of the members stayed after dinner to see the 1939 Chamber of Commerce film. It was a real treat and it brought back memories to a lot of them. Bingo winners of the week were; Alice Mott, and Anna Pearson tied for first place with four game apiece, and Venna Richens and Lorna Holmes tied for second place. A larger crowd attended the dance last Friday night, and it was good to see some of the old familiar faces there again. Mr. and Mrs. Karl E. Kendall of Vernal announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their niece, Dawn Annette Johnson, to Kenneth Ashley Parker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ashley Parker. Dawn is the daughter of the late Rand Joseph Johnson and the late Dorothy Johnson Hawker. Dawn and Kenneth have chosen to be united in marriage on Nov. 25 in the Logan LDS Temple. They will be honored at a reception in the Weiser . Stake Center, Nov. 26. Dawn is a 1981 graduate of Weiser High School in Weiser, Idaho and attended at-tended Ricks College, where she will graduate as a registered nurse in the : spring. Kenneth graduated from Low Richland High School in Columbia, North Carolina in 1978. He served an LDS mission in Bristol, England. He is presently attending Ricks College, majoring in Business Administration. The couple plan to make their home in Rexburg, Idaho where they will con- tinue their education. Nov. 12, 1983 a girl born to Susan and Larry Nicholas. She weighed 7 lbs. 10' 4 oz. Modern postage stamps came into use in 1840. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Swain of Vernal announce the engagement and forthcoming for-thcoming marriage of their daughter, Darcy, to Brent Hales, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Hales of Vernal. Darcy and Brent have chosen to be united in marriage Dec. 2 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will be held in honor of the couple on Dec. 9 in the Vernal 2nd Ward Chapel. Darcy is a 1981 graduate of Uintah High School. She graduated from Utah Technical College, Provo, in nursing. She is presently employed at the Ashley Valley Medical Center. Brent graduated from Uintah High School in 1981. He served an LDS mission mis-sion in Rochester, N. Y. and is presently present-ly working for Walker Oil. The couple plan to make their home in Pleasant Grove while they attend school in Provo. Everything you have heard is true!
