JOE and RALPH'S CONOCO SERVICE Expert Mechanic on Duty Corner 5400 So. 4000 West LETTERS to Editor Valley View News Kearns, Utah A few months age when sidewalks were first mentioned, and far from a reality, I without record as being against such a project as I am sure many others did. However, since sidewalks have become a reality to our community, I have made it my business to find out just what this project wold mean to the community, the families with childred, and to me as a property owner. The children will not have to walk in the gutters if they have to ge to school sidewalks they can certainly use them rather than make paths through peoples lawns and just look at the savings in shoes by having dry sidewlaks for the children to walk on instead of wet gutters and lawns. To me as a property owner, sidewalks will mean an increase in the value of my property, and certainly the community as a whole. People will be using the sidewalk instead of my lawn (this includes the mailman). My yard will be easier to maintain. My property will look finished and the community will sub-divisio- ns VALLEY VIEW NEWS CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING or mail them with your or CY Place your Want Ads by calling CY Box Kearns P.
