HAM AND BLUE CHEESE SPREAD 'VA cups 1 cup ground cooked ham A cup crumbled Blue cheese 2 .tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons pickle relish 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons prepared mustard Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use as is for a sandwich spread or hollow out French rolls, fill them with the spread and broil until cheese melts. The sandwiches may be topped with additional crumbled Blue cheese if desired.
