Linda Bannion was elected president, and Robyn Barker was elected vice president. The new secretary is Cherryl Warren, and Karen Hall and Claudia Albrechtsen will divide the duties of organist and choister. Kathy Rosson will serve as Reporter. Other members include Christine Tye, Laurel Swensen, Voneen Cook, and Aldean Camp. The assistant leader is Annette Albrechtsen. Refreshments were served after th business meeting. The next meeting of th club will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Hall. At this meeting a name will be chosen for the club. Relief Society Holds Convention Taylorsville Stake Relief Society held a Visiting eTachers Convention today at 1 p.m. at the Relief Society Building in Salt Lake City. A film was shown on visiting and refreshments were served. Spend Day at Lagoon The 9th grade at Valley Junior High were excused from class last Monday, May 23 and were taken by bus to Lagoon. , Visiting in San Francisco sightseeing and enjoying themselves in San Francisco are Mrs. Ruth Lloyd and Mrs. Susan Huggard. Mrs. Lloyd has been attending a convention of the Ladies Oriental Shrine. The convention took place in San Francisco on May 23 and 24. Mrs. Lloyd who is a past High Priestess of the Shrine, also visited with the High Pockets of which she is a member. The two ladies, who are sisters, stopped in Elko on the way home, and will also visit with Mrs. Lloyds son who lives in Sunnyvale, Calif.
