Show eaaasaassg Discussed -- b the City has displayed a spirit of cooperation toward the City Commission during our administration. Community progress Is always the result of cooperative effort In which all must share responsibility and credit. We are looking forward to another two years of progress, and all may be assured that will do the City Commission everything possible to advanco every worthy cause. We aspect to continue to give full publicity to all official acts of the City administration, believing that adequate publicity Is essential to democratic government. We thank the newspapers for the space they have devoted to municipal affairs during our administration. Our meetings and our records are always open to them and to the public. There are no official secrets nor should there be any government where democratic functions as it should.
