On motion of Maiben the Committee on Streets and Alleys' was authorized to place electric lights at the junction of C. and Seventh streets and of J. and Eighth streets, and that the light at the junction of J and and Ninth streets be removed to J and Tenth streets. The motion was amended and carried and the matter referred to the Coin' lfiitee on streets and Alleys. The sidewalk on Seventh street, which have been graded, .were ordered to be graveled with line mountain gravel.
