The ship Is built to protect the explorer from the subzero weather. Oil heaters will prevent the motor from freezing when It Is not running. The plane will be shipped from Los Angeles to Fairbanks, from where Captain Wilkins will' fly to Iolnt Harrow, Alaska, and points north.
