Recently we sent a letter to various prominent women in every county of the state asking for an answer to some questions concerning womens activities in their counties with a view of getting material first on womens attitude in politics. .Out of about thirty five letters sent, we received two an swers. Now, we do not report this Incident in a spirit of complaint, but we have since wondered Just wby it is tbat women won't answer letters. Every president of a womans organization knows what it is to send out letters and get very little response.
