School have gained valuable experience in local hospitals and have contributed many hours of aid to these institutions according to Dr Aaron E Jones Principal These girls have given a total of 4559 hours of voluntary work to two hospitals in Carbon County 2606 hours to the Hospital in Price and 1951 hours to the Permanente Hospital Hospital in Dragerton The combnied monetary value of this labor would be $250745 at 55c an hour the customary rate of pay for beginning aids The average hours contributed by each student is 50 but several of them gave more than 100 hours The work at the hospital
