separated into four councils where specific problems were discussed and resolu- tlons passed The Austrian delegation represented by Carbon was assigned to the Commission on Human Rights A banquet floor show and dance provided entertainment for the participating students Friday evening The following morning the second General Assembly opened with reports from the councils Resolutions were
