J., granted the injunction of the Einma Silver Mining Company, vs. the Cincinnati & Illinois Tunnel Co. This is a suit ill equity, iti which the plaintiff prays for a preliminary injunction to restrain the defendants from coutiuuing certain alleged wrongful ucts, during the pendency of an action of trespass brought by the plaintiff against the defendants for alleged trespass upon certain silver mining property, claimed by the plaintiff hut in possession of the defendants.
