Bob Awerkamp Route Payson, Illinois 62360 ed Keep the List ut Dear Editor: It is reported that a plan is afoot 1 to eliminate the Justice Department's list of 300 subversive organizations. It is said that the Department of Justice claims the list is worthless. worthless Far from being however, the Attorney General's List of Subversive Organizations has been (and still is) extremely important and useful to security evaluators. Elimination of this list would deprivew security officers of the use of important criteria necessary for proper security and evaluations background Dear Editor: About four w'eeks ago, we began a drive for the Liberty Amendment in Utah by sampling the opinion of Utah Independent readers. The result seemed solid with substantial dollar pledges toward a reasonable budget to promote this project in Utah. May I advise you of these early pledges to encourage others to come into the battle. These people pledged to raise (not necessarily donate) these amounts. Gilbert Yard ley, Beaver - $100; Jim Let's not be naive and stupid! Sincerely, C.C. Moseley, President Grand Central Industrial Centre Glendale. California Anderson, IRS 1 the need their help. On July 2nd of this year, I went tn Federal Court for the Southern District of Illinois, representing myself, and won a clear-c- decision over the IRS. The judge told the IRS attorney (flown in lrom Washington, D.C.) in no uncertain terms that the IRS had no right to a citizen's records. Marbcrry v. Awerkamp But, the judge did say that had to obey a summons from the IRS and give testimony concerning my obligation to prepare and file returns. I am appealing this part of the judge's decision to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals on the basis that a summons issued by 1 is unconstitutional. My brief must be filed by the middle of November and I would 1 when we see adequate Briefly, the amendment would require Amendment the federal government to forego its business type activity, operated tax free, rent free, money losing basis. Funds saved would more than offset the annual income tax collected so the amendment would repeal the Sixteenth (Income Tax) Amendment. This legislative step would do more for the people of the United States than any other single step we could take. L. S. Brown Richfield, Utah 84701 Reo1 Problem Th Dear Editor: I subscribe to your paper, look forward to its arrival and read it thoroughly. Congratulations on your good work. 1 especially like the Readers Outlook section., it makes for good variety and a chance to hear what other patriots think. This letter is kind of a catch all that you under file might Where are we, as direction". patriots, going? Who is stealing our freedom and who are we fighting? First, 1 think there is far too much talk about commies", and far too little time left to chase them. I liken communism to the Frankenstein monster; the monster was created by the real problem, the learned doctor himself. It is not a well known, but true fact, that International bankers (Capitalists) have pampered, fed, protected, aided and brought communism to police state merger. They are both wrong! According to Albert Pikes long range plan, which is right on schedule, neither will succeed. will, They however, both accomplish something. They will destroy the world. After w'hich the mother of conspiracies, plans to pick up the pieces. We can shoot all the commies we want when this affair hits the fan. so why dont we expend our energies on the real problem in the meantime. Second, a young, well dressed dude appeared at our States American Party Convention. He was not scheduled to speak, but was given time to discuss war crimes trials, executing the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), new constitutions, and coalitions with the zanies bn the Left. I am sure he w'as an agent provocateur. To me he is representative of the treachery among us. There are organizations and men who would further fragment the patriotic struggle, have us spend our energies chasing commies, write new constitutions or have us appear radical and illegal. The latter I feel being most dangerous, because when we start talking about blowing away the CFR we will be part of the problem that our illegal government will solve by bringing martial law or a new constitution down on all of us. If 1 may plagerize, Never in the history of man, have so many suffered so much at the hands of so few. The few will pay for their crimes. A patriotic American DENY MFN where it is today. What is the point? Take out a one dollar bill,, and look on the back side, see the symbol encircled on the left? Thats the point!
