Show . The Paper That Dares To Take Stand A May 22, 1975 The Utah METRO THE FEDS BUY LAND LAW IDEAS by Jo Hindman Copyright 1975 As the country goes down the drain, . many people are waking up. Particularly the leader-type- s. Hardly a mail I do not get a passes that 1 from ( ) someone who mailing says why dont all the leaders get together and work out a plan? (2) Why dont you all join me? (3) We need another organization. Some time ago estimated somebody were 1 0,000 so-call- there interested in themselves. Many of these people, some of whom are really believe are to they trying save our free Republic. They start an organization. They become well-intention- obsessed with mess. They blame the the Illuminati; the International bankers, the Conspiracy, the public schools. United Nations, the Negroes, the Socialists, the news media, ihe churches, the No doubt all of those are for the partly responsible plight were in, for whatever reason. But we'd still be on the brink of financial chaos, insurrection and dictatorship even if theres no such thing as and even if Nelson Rockefeller had never given a Negro, land to house the Communist and Cannibal Club on the East river, called the the the organization, arid with themselves. Eventually, saving the organization becomes more important than saving the country. We dont, of course, need United Nations. WEVE GOT TO WIN up-comi- We 10,000 organizations. dont need 10,000 leaders, Weve got to win the election; next time ng will be too late. People who call themselves but we do need ten million followers. We have far too many chiefs in this crusade to save our freedom, and far too few Indians. If we are, to keep our freedom; more Indians will have to get out of their teepees and go on the warpath. conservatives (an inappropriate label) have been saying that ever since 1948. And we havent won yet. We did of course elect some liars to office. We who hadnt done our homework thought they were And so we conservatives. were worse off; because a phony conservative is much more to be feared than an if there are honest liberal TOO MUCH TIME SPENT Too many people who call conservatives themselves spend too much time in the past. True, one who ignores history is bound to repeat it, but once we do know it, why dwell on it forever? Too many of us spend too much time talking about what has happened; too much time talking about who made it happen; too much time talking about what motivated those who made it happen. In fact, too many of us spend too much time just talking. Even if we could all agree on what has happened, which we cant; even if we could all agree on who made it happen and why they did it, which we cant, what good would it do unless we did something about it? Some of our people even blame it all on God: they contend that He made it all happen because these are the last days and the Second Coming is imminent, so why bother to vote or work, or do anything but pray? These people evidently believe that they are smarter than God for He said No man knoweth the day nor the hour. And He never dia say to ever sit and do nothing but just pray. Jesus said, Occupy until I come. Occupy means to take It possession of; to hold. means the opposite of quit. Too many people who call , conservatives themselves Denied control over the peoples land by the last Congress (93rd) the executive sector of U.S. Government hired a mercenary (one who serves for pay) to compare and replace the defeated bills with rewritten sets of land use recommendations. Communists, Jews... conservative organizations in this country. Most of them were ego trips of leaders mainly spend too much time blaming those whom they think caused the mess were in, and do nothing about cleaning up the ed - any. And still these people sing the same refrain: Weve got to win! Then they add that we're wasting our time unless we nominate an electable candidate. Nuts. Poutius Pilate conducted the most important election of all time. The best candidate lost. He was not electable at that time, or since. His name was Jesus. Not a day passes but some well-meani- patriot ng write or got to get behind call me to say: so-and-- so doesnt Weve for President. He can win. . i : i i And I ask, win what? What is he for? What will he do? And the inevitable answer is: Oh, he cant say that and get elected. But after he gets in, hell do right. Thank Heaven Im neither cynical enough nor fool enough to believe that. Ill say it again: No person ever lied his way into office and then turned honest. If weve reached the point of degredation that an honest man cant be elected, then we don't deserve to be saved. -- The American Way Features Reader's comments and questions are welcome. The Council of State Governments (CSG) of the 1313 political syndicate endowed by the Rockefellers, was hired for the job by an odd team, the U.S. Dept, of the Interior loaded with an U.S. Geological Survey grant. Some of the results turned up in the Land Use and Resource Conservation Act of 1975. Others are expectantly ready and waiting out in the States where they have been planted. Its assignment completed by September 1974, CSG put on sale the following socialistic hybrid. The States have a positive role to play in land use planning and regulation. State land use planning is not a simple aggregating of local goals, plans or zoning maps. States will be called upon to allocate resources through the land use process....State plans will have to provide the means ox distributing population; employment educational, opportunities; recreational and other community facilities; water supplies; and other resources to various areas based on existing levels of development, land capability, transportation and systems other systems and other factors.... EXTREME LOCALISM CAN MAKE EFFECTIVE ACTION ON AN AREAWIDE BASIS IMPOSSIBLE. (emphasis added) That last flaming arrow impales local government, brands it as an obstacle to the plans of the metrocrats who promote such things. CSG expounds that the land use implementing processes in the States can be carried out with or without federal legislation" (emphasis is in the original CSG text, p. 25, Intergovernmental Relations in State Land Use 52.) by CSG, Planning (RM-53Lexington (Ky.) 40511). The devastating effects of such counsel is plainly apparent in the States now where legislatures are implementing the CSG idea and land use legislation. Private land is to be controlled under state law while waiting for the federal capstone to be approved by Congress. Private property is brought under the proposed federal permit-licensiland use system by simple definition of areas of critical State concern. Defined, the phrase lands means areas on which means private land. (Sec. 6, : Independent Page 3 ON COURSE jf with Capt. Joe H. Ferguson Sr v WAR NOT OVER IN VIETNAM A FALSE PEACE" With amazing similarity, various columnists over the country have been heralding the fall of Vietnam to the communists as the end of the war. Articles in various Year newspapers have carried the titles of, Thirty-fiv- e War Over In Vietnam and Peace At Last In Vietnam. They could not be more in error. The war is not over in Vietnam, and neither is peace to be found. It is doubly ironic that the above articles are being published in America at the very time that the communists are crushing out the last lights of freedom in that tiny country. Any person who has taken notice of communists conquests in the past can well visualize the murder, torture, slaughter and rape that is at this time taking place in South Vietnam as the communists install their regime. No, there is no peace in South Vietnam. And the war is not over it has just begun. For as long as Godless communists rule a people, there is a continual war being waged upon them to keep them in submission. COMMUNIST PEACE The communists have continuously defined their version of peace. It is a situation when ...there is no resistance to communism. This is the only definition the communists ever put to the word, peace, and it appears that it is the only one they will ever use. This really makes one wonder about where the various correspondents who are now proclaiming that peace has come to Vietnam received the inspiration for their articles. No, there is no peace in Vietnam, and there will not be until that country has been freed from the yoke of communism. - Statistics - I can prove anything by statistics except the truth. -- George Canning secured into the bill by sections pass a concurrent resolution to and 308(b).
