Take oil and land as two examples. The Levi brothers of Chicago of whom Edward is one, have dealt with those items for years. In Senate-hear- d testimony, Edward was reportedly described as protecting Rockefeller oil interests in the matter of a consent decree during World War II while he was in the Justice Dept. The instrument dissolved Rockefeller-Farb- er ties and (Germany) allegedly enhanced formation of a worldwide petroleum cartel by the Rockefeller Family. Dr. Blankner has amassed an awesome amount of evidence. Scheduled as a witness at one of the last of the U.S. Senate hearings on Edward Levi, she arrived armed with an arsenal of facts. Almost all 15 Senators of the Committee were present to hear the introduction and the eulogies of Dr. Levi by Senators Percy and astated in.a news release. During her presentation she was interrupted and told to reduce it to 15 minutes. She was stopped pletely at eleven (11) minutes and not permitted to finish. com-Chicag- TO ENRICH EVERYBODY, CUT COSTS People cannot fulfill their needs when things are too costly. Giving the people more money to pay rising costs and prices, which amounts to inflation, is what the politicians supported as the solution1 and what got us into the present growing crisis. The solution always was and always will be to reduce costs, so the people can be secure and. better able to pay for what they need. When, as now, over half of every price we pay goes to pay for government expenditures; the biggest cost reductions can be obtained by reducing and not increasing federal outlays. Other reducible costs, the requirements and restrictions, largely unjustifiable, must be eliminated. Tax laws and other policies that do not encourage the replacement of the inefficient with the efficient need to be turned around. And the workers, farmers, investors and others who are productive need to be rewarded in full and relieved of the penalties imposed upon them to subsidize to subsidize the overpay given the privileged monopolies of union and commercial interests. Continued on page 5 ( IRS SEIZES CONTRACTORS VAN AND TOOLS tacThe IRS continues to operate with Gestapo-lik- e tics in seizing citizens property. In American Fork (Utah) recently three IRS agents, at least two of them armed, suddenly came onto the jobsite where Wendell Collings was working. They seized his van and tools, then went to his home and confiscated his automobile. NO COURT ORDER-N- O , WARRANT As is usual with the IRS, the agents possessed neither a court order nor a legal warrant. They were in clear violation of the law in making the seizures. But of course, the law doesnt mean much to the IRS! As a further exhibition of their Gestapo-lik- e mentality, the IRS thugs would not even permit Mr. Collings to be present when the tools and equipment were to be inventoried! This is easily understood because when an uinventory sheet was subsequently mailed to him, numerous items were not listed. TAKING CARE OF US BIG BROTHER The charge made by the IRS was that Mr. Collings tax. This is the had failed to pay a equivalent to social security tax for an employee.. Mr. The truth is, Collings has been Collings is in such a desperate financial situation that he absolutely has not been able to pay the tax. The IRS makes no claims that he owes income tax just the tax. This tax is supposed to be used as a retirement plan for the payor. The irony of the situation, of course, is that the money is not set aside for a retirement plan it is squandered by the politicians! So what it all boils down to is that the American citizens are being forced to pay into a plan that is supposed to be for f. our own good but actually is just one gigantic And furthermore, if we fail to pay into such a scheme, our property including our means with which we earn our livings, is confiscated from us without even due process of law! By contrast, there are millions of bums who not only do not pay any such tax, but are constantly in the line for millions of dollars in federal handouts. Many have never worked a day in their lives and dont plan to as long as the politicians keep filling up the troughs with the bread stolen from working taxpayers. Such is the socialists way of taking care of the masses. More and more Americans are becoming aware of the illegal tactics of the IRS and are willing to help fight them. Collings has received numerous offers of support and is preparing a suit against the IRS agents at the present time.
