So far, this information has not been provided to Mr. Wangsgard, in spite of repeated letters and telephone calls to the city recorder, the mayor, and the auditing firm employed by the city. Wangsgard received from City Attorney Nemelka a letter dated December 3, 1970. Nemelka claimed that the city was not required by the law or the court to provide the lists requested. He claimed that it would cost the city large sums of money to Taxpayers bought a lot of bleachers, as shown by this underneath view of a portion of them. Wangsgard.
