Millions of South Vietnamese are being forced to undergo the indoctrination, which lasts anywhere from one week to thirty days, depending on the persons involved and their previous background. Those who fail to pass Hanoi's loyalty test are being sent to special labor camps or are executed in the country side. Latest estimate obtained from foreign diplomats and recently escaped Vietnamese refugees indicate that approximately 100,000 South Vietnamese are being processed through the program each month. Of those undergoing the communist indoctrination each month, between 15 and 20 percent or 15.000 to 20.000 have failed and are now in special camps for additional thought reform programs or have been killed. South Vietnamese refusing to take part in these programs are immediately arrested and carried into the country-sid- e where they with are executed along top ranking South Vietnamese military and police officers. According to South Vietnamese refugees who have escaped, the Vietnamese are removed from their homes and sent to military installations outside of Saigon for the new inconverted doctrination training. Individuals are then brain washed to accept communism through a series of group meetings, lectures, and confession sessions. As an integral part of the program, each individual must write out a full account of his life, detailing all contacts with the old Saigon regime, the military, and U.S. military, diplomatic and civilian personnel. If any of the information given the Viet Cong or North Vietnamese indoctrination officers is different from what these officials obtain from other sources, the individual is usually separated from the program and sent to special labor camps for additional corrective mind-changi- self-criticis- m action. Other Vietnamese South during the course are asked to inform on their neighbors and friends. Should they refuse, they arc blacklisted as being unreliable and carted off to the special labor camps. THE - MISSING When a 30 day PERSONS thought reform course involving 1.000 former Vietnamese government officials ended recently, approximately 200 of the group missing from the ranks of those permitted to return to their homes. When inquiries were made of their whereabouts by members of their families, all the Communist authorities would say was that these persons needed further indoctrination and they had been sent to special camps. The officials refused to say were by a fire hydrant: Park Now Pay Later. Sign - Scott where these individuals were taken or how long they would be held. In ng -- FOR Gay Lib Congressmen Push Homosexuality WASHINGTON, D.C. - A addition to these population control programs, the new Provisional Revolutionary Government in Saigon has started a forced removal of thousands of persons from cities throughout South Vietnam. All of the persons being evacuated are being told that they arc needed to help increase the food supply of South Vietnam. Persons refusing to leave the cities arc being arrested and sent to the special labor camps. RETRAINING TIIE MILITARY Former South Vietnamese military personnel, w'ho successfully passed the thought reform program, are being retrained into new guerrilla units. Their mission is to fight along side Viet Cong units battling South Vietnamese military units still holding out. Scattered units of three South Vietnamese divisions are still fighting in the Delta region and so far the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong have been unable to smash their opposition. An indication of the seriousness of this opposition is a statement by Trinh Dinh Thao. Vice President of the Advisory Council of the Provisional Revolutionary Government. In a recent radio braodcast from Saigon, he admitted the security and education of the South Vietnamese are the main problems facing the new Communist regime. He revealed that the new Saigon government was concentrating most of its efforts toward solving these problems. POLICY OF SILENCE The Ford Administrations policy toward w hat is happening in South Vietnam. Cambodia, and Laos, is one of silence and hands off. The reason for this inaction is to let the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong consolidate their control No enover South Vietnam. couragement or arms are to be supplied to those resisting Hanoi's efforts to tighten control over the people. Private White House discussions have been limited to determining what can be done to free Americans still being held by the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese. Ten U.S. civilians are known to be in prison there and the number may be as high as 100. In addition to these jailed Americans, there arc still 1.200 Americans listed asmissing in action in Vietnam, a number of whom are believed to be prisoners. Note. Lieut. General Vernon A. Walters, the deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, is forecasting that the real bloodbath in South Vietnam is yet to come. Once the Communists expel all of the foreign newsmen except the ones that follow their line. states Walters, then they will get down to the business of really killing people. Note that the bill includes children by its deliberate of wording person consenting - not adult. Of the. 24 sponsoring Congressmen, 22 have supported various forms of child comprehensive development bills in the past -- revealing, understandable. but highly The sweeping coverage of H.R. 5452 includes: public accommodations, public facilities, public education, federal assisted opportunities, equal employment opportunities, housing sale, rental, financing, and brokerage, intervention and procedure, and educational receiving federal financial assistance. The ramifications of such a law are clear. Since liberal federal judges have already programs ruled that educational institutions receiving federal money must hire minorities to meet its quota, it would be a quick step to forcing school systems to hire a certain number of sexual on deviates as teachers. Businessmen have been forced to employ minorities even if they fail to qualify. Homosexuals are the next minority to be forced on business under the revived quota system. But since there are probably many many millions of homosexuals in the thirty nations represented in I.C.S.E., and since to some extent all citizens of those countries are affected by any organized homosexual activities, it would be absorbingly interesting and is perhaps essential to lcam the extent of I.C.S.E.s influence in the homosexual world. This world headquarters of the homosexual movement has a board of managers of nine members, an y executive conunitteo to conduct .its work, and it holds an International Congress every other year. CONCLUSION The more pervasive the practices of homosexuality become in the American culture the more susceptible the nation becomes to subversion, especially in its highest offices. Not only do homosexuals exhibit a which often violates loyalty to their own supra-sodet- y the interests of their own country, but they become easy targets for blackmail and intimidation. While it' might take years to indoctrinate the mind of a diplomat, army officer or government official with Marxist ideology, it takes only one night with the use of hidden cameras and tape recordings to compromise a; victim into the terror of being exposed. It is for this reason that every homosexual in any kind of responsible position must be looked upon as a security risk. Whether he intends it or not, he is vulnerable.
