Show Aug. 1972 Utah Farm Bureau News Page 5 Entertainment To Top Fair 14-2- 4 Sept. The 1972 line-u-p of entertainment for the Utah State Fair is the best yet, said Mr. Hugh C. Bringhurst, Director, Div. of Expositions. This years entertainment will range from Country Western to Super-GospStars along with a New Zoo Revue for the kiddies. The Fair will begin on September 14 and run through Sepel tember 24. Farm Bureau Day is Saturday September 16 and will feature the Talent Find contest in the Grandstand area. Topping the list is LYNN ANDERSON, one of the youngest, prettiest and most talented recording stars in the Country and Western sky. Lynn will appear for the second consecutive year Friday and Saturday TAMMY nights, Sept. WYNETTE and the GEORGE JONES SHOW will please fair Farm Bureau Member Cited Lee LaMar Monroe, son of Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Monroe of Scipio, Millard County, Utah, has been named recipient of a $500 Ralston Purina Scholarship for use in his senior year' at Utah State University. Dr. Keith associate of USU dean, College Agriculture, announced the award Friday upon notification of acceptance from the Monroe, a company. In recognition of that achievement, he was presented the A Pin Scholastic Award at the USU College of Agriculture spring commencement exercises.
