Burton U.S. Representative from Utah's first district were honored at a gala reception in the Nation's Capital where he was presented the Distinguished Service Award by the Board of Trustees of the Americans for Constitutional Action. ACA's Distinguished Service Award is bestowed every two years upon those legislators whose voting records in the Congress of the United States support legislation which serve to strengthen and defend the spirit and principles of the Constitution of the United States.
