attendance one of he witnesses present stated that he had not arrived mr A G sutherland counsel for defendant stated that he had written to fairview where young lives but had received no response and thought it probable that he would come in by the next train from the south the court took a brief recess segregated indictments after recess niels kielson came forward for arraignment on an indictment charging him with unlawful cohabitation lie was arraigned also on the charge of adultery with his wife in both cases he took until next morning to plead john F was arraigned on the charge of unlawful cohabitation he was also arraigned on the charge of adultery verith his wife defendant took until next morning to plead after alie reading of these two indictments the clerk said he had a third answer to the prosecuting attorney the witness paid he did not think bagley could have been arrested in any other way the constable was compelled compel ped to adopt the measures he did in order to secure his prisoner prison br after this witness retired mr evans stated to the court that alie prosecution could not conscientiously ask for conviction vic tion the court thereupon instructed the jury which was accordingly done an the defendant was honorably discharged SENTENCE SET E poulsen arraigned for unlawful cohabitation plead guilty and sentence was set for monday nest BECH WARRANT
