A An audience of about two hundred ruuslc lovers at tended tho concert nt the B. Y. Academy givon by Prof, and Mrs. do Loery and Miss Fogelberg. Wednesday evening. The vocal numbers num-bers by Prof, and MtH. de Loery were highly enjoyed, as were a couple of Violin selections by Miss Fogelberg. Prof, do Loery outlined his plan for Instruction In French conversation and announced the flrst lesson for Friday evening, July 14, to which all people Interested were invited. Those who desire de-sire may consider the plan and Join the dust. R-gular Instruction will be given every Tuesday aud Friday evening!. even-ing!. Choir Concerts. Prof. J. R. Boshard of the tabernacle choir has arranged for a series of con certs to be given by the choir In each of the wards of thla ciiy. The proceeds will go to cover Ihe expenses of tho 'choir's annual timing up Provo canyon. Tho flrat concert Is announced to be glvon In the First ward meeting house on Friday ovenlng, July 21st. Other dates nod places will bo announced later. Our choir has made an enviable- record re-cord for musical tulentand ability, and deserves and should receive the patronage pat-ronage of Provo citizen. Watch for further announcements. BlMiup Kuudsen of tho First ward officiated nnd the ceremony was attended only by relatives and very intlmato friends. Stoney, of Pittsburg, Pa., brother of Goo. R. Stouey, arrived In Provo Sunday oveuitig for a few weeks' visit. Both gentlemen left today to-day for au outing to tho Hot Pots.
