Huberts, their suecesxiiiH and 'isslgns, have the aitiliurlty and con-en t uf the City Council, and the permission Is hereby granted them, to use the water that may imt bu put to tiny useful purpose by E J. Ward & Sons In what is known as the factory race, wild water to bo dlvened for tho ptirposo of propelling imichlnory by tho "aid grantees from a point not les than lx inches bdow the tup of the headgalo of E.J. Ward &Sons, on "H" street between Third and Fniirih streets of Provo City, thence running south to a point on "II" street between Second and Third streets. That said wntor may bo conveyed In any manner that thu said grantees may desire, so that said diversion sliull tint in any manner interfere with the proper U'n of iho said factory race or tho streets adjoining thereto.
