U Section 6 No candidate for office shall b be an official at any election This rule shall not apply to the Secretary Article IV Appeal Section 1 It shall be the privilege of any officer or member of this organization to t-o appeal from any decision of the Execute Executive h tive te ve Board to the Student Body Provided th that t such appeal be made in writing and be endorsed by fifteen active members of this organization Sect Section t-m t 2 Any act of any any officer committee committee com com- or organization existing under this Constitution may b be annulled repealed or oran an amended ended by a majority vote of the active members of this Association Article V. A S. S U. U U. U shall be active members of that organization Section 3 Intercollegiate Activities Clause 1 The block U shall be awarded by the A. A S. S U. U U. U only in those branches of college activities in which the University contests through a representative tive team against representative teams of other colleges or universities of equal rank Clause 2 It shall be the duty of the councils of the respective college activities to determine what colleges and universities shall be considered of equal rank Clause 3 It shan shall be the duty of the athletic and debate councils to determine the basis of awards of the block U in their respective departments and to select those representatives who under that basis of awards are entitled to the block U Cl Clause us 4 The A. Intra-collegiate Intra Activities Clause 1 Every person playing a role in a production given by the University Dramatic club shall be awarded by the A. A S. S U. U U. U a gold monogram consisting of the letters U. U D. D C.
