A tote bag containing 1984 personal income tax forms, records and receipts, and other personal paraphernalia, was stolen from the information office on the second floor of the Park Building Monday. The bag was described by information office personnel as double handled, and dark purple. The records were in a 10 x 13 envelope. An umbrella and phone bill were also inside. The information office would like anyone who may know about the bag's whereabouts to call the information office at 6515 or the University security at 8669.
