and bounded as follows ten miles south ol 01 of commencing it at a point egan station 1 and following up lip the western wes torn baso base of the gold canon range ot mountains mount i i n esic to to eight m milea iles t to 0 the place of beginning section ad there shall be a recorder elected for the district on oil the day of sept 1863 1 and each succeeding year thereafter nho u ho shall hold bold his office for one year horn the lay day of september 1803 1863 unless sooner reh removed loved by a new election which can only be done by a written call signed by at least two thirds of the claim holders holder s in the district alv gif it ing notice of a now new election to be held beld alter after said notice shall have been posted in at least three public places within the district for thirty days and also published ansome in some newspaper printed in or district for chaty days the recorder shall also be a resident of the district section ad it hall be the duty daiv of the
