The purpoie of this Ordinance shall be to promote the health, safety, and general welfare of Tie present and future citizens of Duchesne County, to facilitate implementation of tha County's Master Plan and to give an understanding of their responsibilities and duties in land subdivision. D. CHATER2 DEFINITIONS As used in this captor, certain terms and conditions are defined as followsi 1.
