THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND THE AT TORNEY GENERAL. THIS f BOARD NOW HAS THE DUTY TO EXAMINE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF UTAH AND TO PERFORM SUCH OTHER DUTIES AS ARE PRESCRIBED BY LAW. ni ksj .1 Section L It is proposed to amend article VII, section 13 of the Constitution of the State of Utah to read: Sea' 13. Until otherwise provided by law, the governor, secretary of state and attorney general shall constitute a board of state prison commissioners, which board shall have such supervision of all matters connected with the state prison as may be provided by law.
