Governor Rampton, and Tony Dechant, president of National Farmers Union, will headline a group of speakers composed of agricultural authorities from Utah and Idaho, including Dr. J. E. Kraus, Dean of Agriculture, University of Idaho; and Dr. Vearl Smith, Dean of Agriculture, Utah State University.
