Maxwell, letter mailed in Tabiona before noon will arrive in Salt Lake City at 6 p.m. the same day, instead of arriving in Salt Lake City in time for the morning mail delivery two days later. The faster mail is the result of an extra mail run from Vernal to Salt LakeCity, and will especially be beneficial, to Tabiona and Hanna post offices, whose mail has heretofore laid over in Duchesne for a day before continuing on its way to Salt Lake City, Ai mail from this area also will make faster connection in Salt Lake City and will continue on its way the same day it is mailed. Postmaster Maxwell recalls that mail to Tabiona arrived every other day by team, when she first became the Tabiona postmaster in 1922. The outgoing mail also was sent every Other day by tegm.
