Neil Murray,' who came home to spend the weekend, after enrolling as a student at the University of Utah, was stricken with appendicitis" Sunday and was rushed to the hospital at Roosevelt. He underwent an immediate operation and is getting along nicely. Mr. ana Mrs. Emery Nielson enjoyed a visit, Monday, from Mr. Nielsons sister, Mrs. Hazel Hyatt, of Pendleton, Oregon. Mrs. Hyatt is also visiting with relatives in Arcadia. Members of the American Legion and Auxiliary, Wm. R. Sands Post and Unit No. 5, enjoyed a social meeting Friday evening at the Legion Barracks. Cards were enjoyed by about twenty members snd refreshments were served at the close of the games. Hunting enthusiasts of Myton and vicinity rushed to Duchesne early Monday morning to be in line to receive doe hunting permits. The Myton ward M.I.A. opening social was held last Thursday at the ward hall. The evening was devoted to a program followed by a weiner roast and a dance. Mr. and Mrs. B. L.
