C Winslow member of the school I board and pioneer in Duchesne got a telegram advising that his mother Mrs Dema Harris had passed away at o'clock age 82 years ears The message came as asa asa asa a shock Last Friday Bud got ot his regular ular weekly letter from her and no word of illness had been I received Mrs Harris was well known here having visited her three sons in Duchesne many times three times in the last ten years She died at the home of her only daughter Mrs Marie A. A Hallbert HaUbert in Iowa Four sons survive L. L C. C Earl S. S and Casius E. E residents of Duchesne and Guy J. J chaplain of th Soldiers Soldier's home at Marshall Town Iowa Bud as all know L. L C. C here left lefton on In n the stage Wednesday mornin morning being the only one of the three sons here who could leave Her first husband J J. J Winslow lie in 1899 and her second husband hus hus- band and Mr Harris died In 1925 after having returned to toas tolis ais lis home from a visit at Duchesne Mrs Winslow died on her first birthday it being his anniversary and the I year rear for the second husband Mr Harris Many friends of the deceased deceased de de- deceased de- de ceased and of the bereaved will be sorry to hear of the death of one who ho was known as mother to many friends as well as to herand her sons and daughter |
