Show Milton Poulsen Claims Miss Pauline Larsen In Temple Rites Reception Will Compliment newlyweds Sat. ARCADIA (Special) Milton Poul- son, Nov. 9, claimed Miss Pauline Larsen as his bride in rites performed in the Sait Lake L.D.S. Temple, with Bishop LeGrande Richards officiating. Miss Larsen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton K. Larsen of Arcadia. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Mont S. Poulson of Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Larsen were hosts at a reception honoring the newly-wedde-d couple Friday, Nov. 18, in the Arcadia LDS ward chapel. The bride was unattended and was. attired in a romantic floor-lengt- h gown of lace and tulle over satin. It featured a fitted bodice, Peter Pan collar and sleeves which tapered to points at the wrist. The billowing skirt was styled with alternating panels of lace and tulle'. Her fingertip veil fell from a tiara of seed pearls and she wore a corsage of orchids. For the festive occasion the mother of the bride chose charcoal nylon for her dress. The grooms mother was attired in a black crepe. Their matching corsages were carnations and lilies of the valley. Bishop Garn L. Gilbert did the honors of master of ceremonies. Mrs. Karl Shisler, a sister of the groom rendered a piano solo and Mrs. Rae Schotes, sister of the bride, played an accordion solo. Mrs. Grace Larsen and Mrs. Nona Holgate were in charge of the gift room. Mrs. Ora Holgate, the guest book and the serving was under the supervision of the MIA officers, Lois Terpening Gilbert. The bride is a former BYU student She has acted in the capacity of an Indian missionary and has been very active in school and ward activities. The groom was also a former BYU student and has served in the armed forces. He, too, has been very active in civic and church affairs. For her honeymoon trip the bride chose a rose knit suit with brown accessories. They went through the Manti and St. George Temples, to Boulder City and Las Vegas, Nevada. Accompanying the young couple through the Temple were Mr. and Mrs. Mont Poulson, Mrs. Rae Scholes, Mrs. Jack Goodrich, Mrs. Rose Gilbert, President and Mrs. Hale Holgate, Bishop and Mrs. Gam Gilbert, Mr. and Mrs. John Gilbert and Bishop and Mrs. Porter Merrell. Among the out of town relatives attending the reception were, Mr. and Mrs. Mont Poulson, Mrs. Arden Robbins, Mr. and Mrs. Hermit Poulson, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Carman, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Allen, Mrs. Frank Hale, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Poulson, Mrs. Albert StevenGlen Stevson and Mr. enson of Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Harmon, of Provo, and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Harmon, of Ontario, Calif., sprat the last weekend with the Monroe Michies. The Wesley Harmons are the parents of Phil Harmon. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Wilcken and Lanry spent Thanksgiving in Roosevelt visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Wilcken and children made a business trip to Roosevelt on Monday of this week. Temple Marriage Planned For December 7th TABIONA (Special) Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth S. Carlile, Tabiona, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rozella, to Calvin T. Broadhead, son of Mr. and Mrs Melvin Broadhead, of Utahn. The young couple will be married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, Dec. 7, and will be honored at a wedding reception in the Utahn ward during the evening of Dec. 8. A wedding dance in the Tabiona High School gymnasium will honor the newlyweds Saturday, Dec. 10. The new bride-to-b- e will be further feted at a bridal shower in the Tabiona ward chapel during the afternoon of Dec. 10, beginning at 2:30 pjn.
