TIIE BAND MOTHERS CLICK AGAIN Once? un- again the Duchesne Band Mothers have earned for themselves some fine compliments for their efficiency and energy in getting things done. In spite of an unexpectedly large attendance they served the banquet for the Lions zone meeting last Saturday in a manner befitting a highly trained catering organization, and the visiting guests were not slow in voicing their appreciation." Good work deserves its just reward, and we are happy to know that the Band Mothers Mere able to realize a handsome profit for their work on the banquet. 1 1 seems that keeping the band properly uniformed is a expense, and the funds raised were sorely needed for this purpose. The organization did a good job for its treasury while at the same time holding up the fine reputation of the Duchesne Lions as good hosts. Promises have already been given by all of these agencies to put considerable maintenance work into the road, and in the case of the Forest Service to complete the construction of the new road begun last fall, as soon as weather permits. With the outing scheduled for the middle of the summer, it now becomes doubly important that this work be begun without any delay- Newspapermen are prone to tell their readers just yhat they see and experience, and if Ambulance Service For Sickness or liiueniencv - their journeyingstake them over any unreasonably bad or neglected piece of road, the resulting comment will not be pleasant for the agency concerned. A boulevard to Moon Lake is not expected, but there is no reason why sufficient work cannot be done next May and June to make the road a. smooth and pleasant one to drive over. Similarly, when the lake is reached, the visitors will immediately expect to find fishing measuring up to the promise of so fine a body of water as Moon Lake is.
