Show I. I 11 r I R. R TUTTLE LAID TO REST Funeral services for Isaac Ruby Tuttle of My Myton ton were held there Saturday Sept 22 with the Rev G. G E. E Guild of Vern Vernal l in charge He died at his home Thursday y evening after an an illness of several months during which his health failed constantly Mr Tuttle was born Sept 13 1854 at Winchester Indiana He came with wilh his father and mother to Missouri at the age of seven years He was educated in the Missouri public schools and later in the University of Missouri at Columbia At the age of 19 he lie embarked on a teaching career career and held life certificates from Missouri Colorado Colorado Colorado Colo Colo- rado Oklahoma and Utah He taught school in Duchesne County for six years A lifelong Democrat Mr Tuttle Tuttle Tuttle Tut Tut- tle was elected county chairman of the party in 1932 He resigned from this position when he was appointed manager of the National Reemployment Service in Duchesne Duchesne Du Du- Duchesne chesne County when the service was organized a year ago He held this position residing in Duchesne Duchesne Duchesne Du Du- chesne until the service was consolidated consolidated consolidated con con- and the office moved to Roosevelt during the summer His illness confined him to his home shortly after this time He was wasa a member of the Presbyterian church of My Myton ton and of the Knights of Pythias and the Woodmen Woodmen Wood Wood- men of the World Surviving are his widow to whom he was married October 9 1892 at Millersburg Missouri their son Harold of My Myton ton and two children by a former marriage marriage marriage mar mar- Dr Floyd Tuttle of Blue Spring Missouri and Mrs Maud DuLaney of Tampa Florida five grandchildren Bobby and Frank FranJ Tuttle of My Myton ton Lewis Martin of Columbia Columbia Missouri Mrs Richard Fierce Pierce of Chicago Illinois and Miss Mildred Mildred Tuttle of Blue Spring Missouri |
