Show TRUTH WYOMING OIL NOTES. (Special Correspondence.) Evanston, Wyo., March 13. Mr. W. j. Cashin, vice president of the Evanston Oil Exchange, has just returned from an extended trip through the eastern states where he has been interesting capital in the rich deposits of oil in Uinta county. Mr. Cash-i-n visited Chicago, Cincinnati, New York and Philadelphia and it is assured a number of new companies will soon be operating in the Uinta field as a result of his efforts. Oil produced in Texas and California are of a yet lower grade than any of the above mentioned. Jt jt Last Friday a good showing of oil was struck at both the American Consolidated well on section 34, and the Groshen & Carter well on the same section, in the Spring Valley district. The American Consolidated are now down 1,700 feet and the G. & C. well 1,500 feet. Both companies will go deeper as they have not yet reached the main strata of sand. That the sun is the abode of the spirits bora here on earth; transplanted by the Infinite to His eternal home in that abode of light, after living out their brief span here. And the arguments advanced are such as to cause us to stop and wonder if this is not so. Because he quotes and meets, with apparent success, every argument advanced by Flammarion, Herschel and a host of others, and seems to demonstrate the exact correctness of his own views.
